Returns

if your chair is one of the few that the footrest won’t fit, we will gladly process a return for you.

The footrest must be returned in its original packaging and condition. We will have our warehouse email a Pre-paid return shipping label that you can print out and attach.

Refunds

Once the warehouse receives the footrest, we will issue a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
